Oversee all clinical services to ensure safe, high-quality care delivery while supporting clinicians in care planning, problem-solving, and patient outcomes. Coach and mentor Clinical Care Managers, PSCs, and field clinicians to build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous growth. Provide clear direction and oversight to ensure consistent, compliant care delivery and maintain strong clinical standards and regulatory alignment. Partner with local teams and referral sources to expand access to care and represent VitalCaring in the community as a trusted healthcare leader.
