Job Summary
Oversee all clinical services to ensure safe, high-quality care delivery while supporting clinicians in care planning, problem-solving, and patient outcomes. Coach and mentor Clinical Care Managers, PSCs, and field clinicians to build a culture of ownership and continuous growth, leading hiring, onboarding, and team development. Provide clear direction to maintain strong clinical standards, regulatory alignment, and consistent, compliant care delivery. Partner with local teams and referral sources to expand access to care and represent VitalCaring as a trusted healthcare leader in the community.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or Therapist license
- Leadership experience in home health or a related healthcare setting
