Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day branch operations for CenterWell Home Health in Marion, SC, ensuring efficient operations, regulatory compliance, quality of patient care, and achievement of revenue and budget goals. Lead clinical and back-office staff, recruit and develop personnel, coordinate with clinical leadership and sales for growth, manage chart audits and timely billing, and drive quality improvement initiatives. Requires active RN, PT, or OT licensure, 2+ years supervisory/administrative experience in home health or related health care, and ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets and use EMR platforms (HCHB preferred). Travel up to 10% and on-site availability Monday–Friday 8a-5p with potential on-call as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Be a registered nurse, physical therapist, or occupational therapist and possess active licenses in the applicable state (RN/PT/OT).
