Job Summary
Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure operational efficiencies, regulatory compliance, and quality patient care. Supervise branch and clinical staff while recruiting, interviewing, and hiring personnel. Develop and implement plans for long-range fiscal viability, revenue goals, and budget management. Conduct quarterly quality improvement meetings, review patient satisfaction data, and coordinate activities with the Area Director and Sales Directors to meet admission targets. Maintain office operations in compliance with local ordinances and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure (in the state of practice) preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience within Home Health
- Outstanding leadership skills with demonstrated experience motivating, educating, supervising, and supporting staff and developing a cohesive team
- Experienced with quality improvement monitoring and reporting tools and methods
- CMS PDGM Billing Knowledge/Experience
- Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards
- Fiscal management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- EMR proficiency
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must possess a valid state driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile liability insurance
Desired Qualifications
- prior Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience is a plus
