Job Summary
Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure operational efficiencies, regulatory compliance, and quality patient care while supporting business development and patient base growth. Supervise branch and clinical staff, recruit and interview personnel, and oversee long-range planning for fiscal viability and service delivery. Direct the certification and licensure process to meet Federal, State, and local laws. Collaborate with Area Directors and Sales Directors to establish revenue goals, meet budgeted admissions, and implement organizational protocols. Conduct quarterly quality improvement meetings, review patient satisfaction data, and maintain an efficient, safe office environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure (in the state of practice)
- Home Health experience
- OASIS experience
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience, preferably within Home Health or Hospice
- Outstanding leadership skills with demonstrated experience motivating, educating, supervising, and supporting staff and developing a cohesive team
- Experienced with quality improvement monitoring and reporting tools and methods
- Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards
- Fiscal management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must possess a valid state driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile liability insurance
Desired Qualifications
- EMR proficiency, prior Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience is a plus
