Branch Director - Home Health

Lead daily branch operations to ensure efficient scheduling, timely admissions, and appropriate utilization of staff and resources. Maintain continuous compliance with CMS Conditions of Participation, ACHC standards, and state regulations while ensuring documentation accuracy and audit readiness. Monitor branch KPIs including census, productivity, visit utilization, timeliness of care, revenue, and cost controls to drive continuous improvement. Recruit, train, and evaluate Clinical Patient Care Coordinators, office staff, and key personnel while partnering with HR on performance management and retention strategies. Collaborate with intake, clinical leadership, scheduling, and therapy partners to optimize patient transitions and support interdisciplinary team communication. Address staffing challenges, patient concerns, and operational barriers promptly, escalating significant risks to executive leadership as appropriate. Primarily office-based with periodic travel to referral sources and branch locations.
