Job Summary
Branch Coordinator for CenterWell Home Health overseeing clerical support for branch medical records and billing, managing telephone and mail communications, coordinating office supplies, processing accounts payable, and supporting billing workflows. Responsibilities include preparing patient assessment packets, processing orders/485s, tracking documents, scanning within 24 hours, faxing discharge and summary documents, updating software systems, ensuring HIPAA/compliance adherence, and maintaining professional communication with referral sources, patients, families, and staff. Requires familiarity with Medicare guidelines for home health, strong organizational/detail orientation, and effective written and verbal communication. Fourty-hour work week with pay range $42,900–$54,300 depending on location and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, typing, clerical skills, and be competent with computers.
- Experience: Must possess a minimum of two years’ experience in the health care industry and one year experience in home health.
