Job Summary
Branch Coordinator responsible for customer communication and project coordination, installation scheduling, and branch operations. Manage customer interactions, establish expectations, coordinate with installation partners and internal teams to keep projects on schedule, handle scheduling changes, and perform payment collection and project documentation. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of administrative/coordination experience; proficient in Microsoft Office; strong organizational and communication skills; able to work independently. Includes duties in office operations, onboarding support, and financial documentation.
Required Qualifications
