Job Summary

Branch Coordinator responsible for customer communication, project coordination, scheduling, and branch operations. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project lifecycle, conduct welcome calls, manage installation-day communications, coordinate with installation partners and internal teams to keep projects on schedule, resolve customer concerns, and escalate issues. Responsibilities include scheduling/install management, optimizing installation calendars, handling payments and documentation, and supporting branch administration, mail, supplies, onboarding, and compliance. Requires strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; and ability to work independently. Prior experience in scheduling, operations, or project coordination and familiarity with CRM or project management software are preferred. Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative, office, customer service, scheduling, or coordination experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Must be at least 18 years old
