Job Summary
Monitor and oversee all cash management operations at the branch, ensuring cash in, cash out, and settlement processes adhere to SOPs. Conduct daily controls on transaction accuracy, cash reconciliation, and security of cash storage and distribution. Investigate cash discrepancies or operational incidents and coordinate with operational teams, transport, CPC, and the command center to meet SLAs. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on branch cash management while supervising operational staff. Support internal and external audits regarding cash management procedures.
