Branch Channel Generative AI - Applied AI ML Senior Associate

Applied AI ML Senior Associate in the Consumer Bank Sales Science Team to develop deep learning solutions, experiment with state-of-the-art models, and drive field AI technologies. Responsibilities include serving as subject-matter expert across ML techniques, building and enhancing ML workflows with LLMs, conducting experiments and tuning models, hands-on coding to turn experiments into production solutions, owning the code development lifecycle in Python from proof of concept to production, and integrating Generative AI within the ML Platform using cutting-edge techniques. Requirements include an MS and/or PhD in a related field with 3+ years of applied ML, proficiency in Python (and optionally R/Java), strong NLP and LLM background, experience with ML/deep learning methods and frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow), and the ability to complete tasks with limited supervision. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of search/ranking, recommender systems, graph techniques, reinforcement learning or meta-learning, cloud experience with AWS/SageMaker/EKS, and advanced LLM techniques such as agents, planning, and reasoning.
