Join Bishop & Company's Service Delivery Division as a Branch Call Support Consultant. This temporary-to-hire role involves providing essential support to Branches and the Call Center, resolving customer inquiries and operational issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in a branch or similar operational environment

  • Strong familiarity with technology systems and tools
  • Previous experience in a customer service–focused role preferred
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
