Job Summary
Branch Banking Regional Executive for the Northern Florida & South Georgia Regions leads 112 branches, delivering service, advice and growth across consumer, affluent, and small business segments. Responsible for strategic business leadership, profit and revenue plans, balance sheet growth, risk management and compliance, budgeting, asset management, and representing Wells Fargo in communities and with elected officials. Leads regional strategies, fosters partnerships, drives inclusion and engagement, and develops talent/workforce strategies aligned with evolving customer needs. Requires a track record of translating strategy into execution, attracting and retaining top talent, building an engaged organization, and achieving growth and high customer satisfaction. Travel domestically up to 60% and operate within a matrix organization across multiple markets and business lines.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 6+ years management experience
