Job Summary
Drive market growth by coaching a high-performing branch team to meet performance targets in deposits, loans, and non-interest income. Execute business development initiatives, deliver client introductions, and foster an environment focused on exceptional client service and operational excellence. Manage talent functions including performance evaluations, staff development, and succession planning while ensuring adherence to all regulatory and compliance policies. Analyze branch operations to resolve client satisfaction issues and mitigate reputational, regulatory, and employee risks. Utilize independent judgement to make sound financial decisions and complete required compliance training.
Required Qualifications
- High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
- 6+ Years of overall branch sales experience
- Two (2)+ years in a leadership role
