Job Summary
Drive market growth by coaching a high-performing branch team to meet and exceed performance targets in deposits, loans, and non-interest income. Execute business development initiatives, actively support partner-produced sales, and deliver client introductions to achieve growth goals. Provide training, development, and coaching on sales behaviors, operational integrity, and client engagement while managing talent functions including performance evaluations and succession planning. Analyze and resolve branch operations problems to ensure operational excellence and foster a disciplined culture of risk management. Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulatory policies and complete required compliance training.
Required Qualifications
- High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
- 6+ Years of overall branch sales experience
- Two (2)+ years in a leadership role

- Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)
