Job Summary
Resolve client concerns, provide product details, and manage client retention while introducing prospects to key partners in mortgage and business banking. Support team growth targets by delivering client introductions, executing sales initiatives, and meeting behavioral activity goals like next-gen campaign leads and weekly appointments. Assist with account questions, research, and communication to resolve issues timely and effectively. Execute all transactions accurately and compliantly, adhering to federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain no controllable losses and complete required compliance trainings. Perform moderately complex special projects as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
- 4 – 5 years customer service and sales experience
- Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in financial services industry preferred
- Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
