Job Summary
Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance by actively seeking and delivering client introductions to mortgage and business banking partners. Resolve account questions, problems, and complaints while providing client education and meeting behavioral activity goals like weekly appointments and campaign leads. Execute sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly, adhering to federal, state, and local regulations. Engage in discovery-based conversations to recommend tailored solutions that support clients' financial objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
- 4 – 5 years customer service and sales experience, including in the financial Services industry
- Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures
- Life and Health Insurance Licenses (required within the first 90 days in role)
- FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE) (required within 90 days of passing the Life and Health Insurance exam)
- FINRA License Series 6 (required within 90 days of passing Security Industry Essentials exam)
- FINRA License Series 63 or Series 66 (required within 90 days of passing the Series 6 exam)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in financial services industry preferred
- Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
