Job Summary
Travel between assigned branches to provide high-quality financial services, resolving client concerns and delivering product details that meet their financial needs. Focus on client management, retention, and introducing clients to key partners in Mortgage and Business Banking for complex banking conversations. Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in outstanding deposits, loans, and non-interest income by actively seeking and delivering right client introductions. Provide positive client experiences by assisting with account questions and resolving problems through timely research and communication. Meet behavioral activity goals including NextGen and marketing campaign lead calling, weekly appointments set and completed, and needs met. Execute sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly while striving for no controllable losses.
Required Qualifications
- High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
- 4 – 5 years customer service and sales experience
- experience in the financial services industry
- Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures
