Job Summary
Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance through outstanding deposits, loans, and non-interest income while actively seeking and delivering client introductions to mortgage and business banking experts. Resolve account questions, problems, and complaints by researching and communicating solutions in a timely manner, while meeting behavioral activity goals such as NextGen campaign leads, weekly appointments, and needs met. Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly, striving for no controllable losses and adhering to federal, state, and local regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
- 4 – 5 years customer service and sales experience
- Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in financial services industry preferred
- Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
