Job Summary
Resolve client concerns, provide product details, and introduce key bank partners to meet financial needs. Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in outstanding deposits, loans, and non-interest income by actively seeking and delivering the right client introductions. Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly while striving for no controllable losses. Assist with account questions, problems, and complaints through research and communication to resolve issues timely and effectively. Meet behavioral activity goals including NextGen campaign leads, weekly appointments set and completed, and needs met. Perform moderately complex special projects and additional duties as required. Adhere to regulatory and compliance policies, complete required trainings, and maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Required Qualifications
- High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
- 4 – 5 years customer service and sales experience
- Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in financial services industry preferred
- Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
