Job Summary
Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance by actively seeking and delivering client introductions to key partners for mortgage and business banking. Resolve account questions, problems, and complaints through research and communication while delivering client education and meeting behavioral activity goals. Execute sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly, adhering to all regulatory policies and completing required trainings. Perform moderately complex special projects and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance the overall client experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
- 4 – 5 years customer service and sales experience
- Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in financial services industry preferred
- Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
