Job Summary
Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance by actively seeking and delivering client introductions to key bank partners for mortgage and business banking. Resolve client concerns, answer account questions, and deliver education while meeting behavioral activity goals such as weekly appointments set and completed. Execute sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly to maintain no controllable losses. Perform moderately complex special projects and adhere to all regulatory and compliance policies and standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
- 4 – 5 years customer service and sales experience
- Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in financial services industry preferred
- Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
