Job Summary
Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance by delivering the right client introductions and executing successful sales initiatives. Resolve account questions, problems, and complaints through research and communication while providing client education and meeting behavioral activity goals. Actively seek outstanding deposits, loans, and non-interest income to drive primary client acquisition. Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly, striving for no controllable losses. Perform moderately complex special projects as required and maintain adherence to federal, state, and local regulatory policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
- 4 – 5 years customer service and sales experience
- Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in financial services industry preferred
- Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
