Job Summary
Support team efforts to achieve growth targets by actively seeking client introductions to mortgage and business banking experts and delivering tailored financial solutions. Resolve account questions, problems, and complaints through research and communication while meeting behavioral activity goals such as weekly appointments set and completed. Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly, striving for no controllable losses while adhering to federal, state, and local regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
- 4 – 5 years customer service and sales experience
- Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in financial services industry preferred
- Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
