Branch Banking Client Consultant I - Roseland NJ (Part-Time)

Deliver front-line client service and transactional support by welcoming clients, identifying their needs, and performing teller functions and financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and primary client acquisition by actively seeking and delivering the right client introductions. Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, resolving problems or complaints through research and communication, and delivering client education. Meet behavioral activity goals as defined by Retail Leadership, including introductions, while maintaining operational accuracy and adhering to all applicable bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Perform special projects and additional duties as required, consistently completing compliance trainings and maintaining adherence to federal, state, and local laws.
