Greet clients entering branches, provide high-quality financial services, and process transactions accurately while maintaining operational standards. Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in deposits, loans, and non-interest income by actively seeking client introductions and executing sales initiatives. Resolve account questions, problems, and complaints through research and communication, delivering client engagement and education to meet behavioral activity goals. Adhere to all applicable bank policies, regulations, and compliance trainings to ensure timely, accurate daily financial transactions with no preventable losses. Perform special projects and additional duties as required.
