Job Summary
Branch Banking - Client Consultant I - Float travels between branches to provide customers with high quality, prompt, and professional financial services. Responsible for greeting clients, processing financial transactions accurately and efficiently, meeting branch goals, delivering client engagement and education, and identifying referral opportunities to drive growth. Responsibilities include supporting sales targets, handling customer inquiries, resolving account questions and problems, complying with bank policies and regulations, and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication and collaboration with team members.
Required Qualifications
- Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
- Minimum experience required: 0 – 3 years of customer service and sales experience
