Branch Banking Client Consultant I

Deliver front-line client service and transactional support by welcoming clients, identifying their needs, and performing teller functions and financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and primary client acquisition by actively seeking and delivering right client introductions. Provide positive client experiences by assisting with account questions, resolving problems and complaints through research and communication, and conducting client education to meet behavioral activity goals. Maintain operational accuracy and risk standards by adhering to all applicable bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while striving for no controllable preventable losses. Perform special projects and additional duties as required, consistently completing compliance trainings and maintaining adherence to federal, state, and local laws.
