Branch Banking Client Consultant I

Deliver front-line client service and transactional support by welcoming clients, identifying their needs, and performing teller functions and financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and primary client acquisition by actively seeking and delivering the right client introductions. Resolve account questions, problems, and complaints through research and communication while meeting behavioral activity goals defined by Retail Leadership. Maintain operational accuracy and risk standards by adhering to all applicable bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to strive for no controllable preventable losses. Complete required compliance trainings and perform special projects as required.
