Job Summary
Welcome clients, perform teller functions, and execute financial transactions accurately while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements. Resolve account questions, problems, and complaints through research and communication, and actively seek client introductions to support sales performance and growth targets. Deliver client education, meet behavioral activity goals, and complete required compliance trainings to maintain operational accuracy and risk standards. Required Qualifications
- High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
- Less than 2 years of customer service and sales experience
