Branch Banking Assistant Leader

Drive market growth of primary client relationships and achieve targets in deposits, loans, and non-interest income. Support coaching, development, and mentorship of team members while reinforcing training on mission and community engagement. Assist the Branch Banking Leader with talent management functions including employment, performance evaluations, succession planning, and ensuring staff compliance. Identify and mitigate reputational, regulatory, employee, and client risks by adhering to all applicable bank policies and regulations. Perform special projects and additional duties as required. Consistently adhere to regulatory and compliance policies, completing required trainings. Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
