Job Summary
Drive market growth of primary client relationships and achieve targets in deposits, loans, and non-interest income by actively seeking and delivering the right client introductions. Support the coaching, development, and mentorship of team members while reinforcing training on mission, community engagement, and performance targets. Assist the Branch Banking Leader with talent management functions including employment, performance evaluations, staff development, disciplinary actions, and succession planning. Identify and mitigate reputational, regulatory, employee, and client risks by ensuring adherence to all applicable bank policies and regulations. Perform special projects and additional duties as required while consistently adhering to regulatory and compliance policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
- 2+ Years of branch sales experience
- Experience with a variety of banking products
- Experience with banking risk management
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of branch banking and/or financial institution sales experience
- Experience in a leadership role
