Job Summary
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales, outbound calling, and lobby engagement while managing the full customer experience. Identify opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and grow share of wallet by positioning PNC solutions and leveraging ecosystem partners. Drive new revenue and client loyalty by delivering a complete conversation at every interaction, educating customers on transaction management tools, and applying product knowledge to solve problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, ensuring accurate completion of branch daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or equivalent degree
- 3+ years experience
- comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) in lieu of a degree
