Branch Banker (MLO)

Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales activities, including outbound calling, teller interactions, and lobby engagement. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and leveraging ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions and apply product knowledge to solve problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures while participating in daily branch operations. This role requires an associate's degree or equivalent experience and typically involves 3+ years in banking.
