Job Summary
Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing. Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow the customer's share of wallet and positions PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty. Drives proactive sales conversations through outbound interactions, teller and lobby engagement, and a defined sales process to elevate client loyalty. Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources; ensures compliance with policies and risk management; participates in branch daily operations to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent
- Related experience or product knowledge
- 3+ years experience
