Job Summary
Greet customers, answer inquiries by phone and email, and deliver exceptional service as the face of SouthernCarlson. Build strong customer relationships by learning needs, recommending solutions, and identifying upsell opportunities. Support branch operations by assisting sales reps and managers, pulling orders, and troubleshooting product questions. Keep the showroom organized, merchandised, and ready to impress. No two days are the same, taking on a variety of responsibilities from customer interaction to internal support. This role offers a steady Monday–Friday daytime schedule with competitive hourly pay, health, dental, and vision benefits, plus a 401(k) match and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years in sales, customer service, or sales support
- High School Diploma
- Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills
- Growth mindset: eager to learn products and anticipate customer needs
- Proactive team player with a can-do attitude
- Ability to naturally connect with people and deliver a WOW customer experience
- Comfortable navigating systems and assisting customers digitally
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay efficient with minimal supervision
- Monday – Friday schedule
