Job Summary
Branch Associate responsible for front counter sales and customer service; greet customers, answer inquiries by phone/email, and deliver exceptional service while building relationships. Role includes learning customer needs, recommending solutions, identifying upsell opportunities, supporting branch operations, keeping showroom organized, answering phones, troubleshooting product questions, monitoring warehouse layout and safety, and collaborating with Sales, Purchasing, and Customer Service to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Requires effective communication, a proactive, team-oriented mindset, willingness to learn product lines, relationship-building skills, tech-savviness, organization, and attention to detail; bilingual skills a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 1+ years in sales, customer service, or sales support (warehouse experience a plus)
