Branch Associate - Field Operations

Greet customers, answer inquiries by phone and email, and deliver exceptional service as the face of SouthernCarlson. Build strong customer relationships by learning their needs, recommending solutions, and identifying opportunities to upsell. Support branch operations by assisting sales reps and managers, pulling orders, and keeping the showroom organized and merchandised. Take on a variety of responsibilities from troubleshooting product questions to maintaining a can-do attitude. Requires 1+ years in sales or customer service, a high school diploma, and bilingual skills are a plus. Steady Monday–Friday daytime schedule with competitive hourly pay and benefits including 401(k) match and paid time off.
