Job Summary
Manage the customer database, maintain branch standards, and ensure accurate end-of-day banking and reporting. Assist customers with account inquiries, accept cash payments, and generate quotes using industry software. Proactively drive sales through prospecting and touch base with existing or lapsed customers while ensuring sufficient product knowledge. Mentor new colleagues and act as a branch ambassador, adhering to all company procedures and safety protocols. Work Monday to Thursday 7:30 am-4:30 pm and Friday 7:30 am-3:30 pm.
Required Qualifications
- strong numeracy and literacy skills
- exceptional customer service abilities
- sufficient knowledge of products on offer
- knowledge of any Company or branch promotions
- ability to use industry specific software to generate customer quotes
- ability to accept cash payment from customers in line with Company standard
- ability to work in a safe and responsible manner
- ability to ensure compliance with Company procedures and processes
