Job Summary
Execute and coordinate all rental workflows including check-in, check-out, documentation, system updates, cleaning, and maintenance. Conduct basic RV/van checks for battery, water, gas, lights, and tyres while maintaining complete accuracy of fleet status and readiness. Track daily KPIs, promote ancillary products through value-based selling, and oversee RV preparation for sales appointments. Coordinate daily shifts, priorities, and task allocation across the small team, demonstrating SOPs and onboarding new hires. Promptly escalate complex technical or mechanical problems to regional servicing teams. This role is 70–80% hands-on, requiring the ability to lift light-to-moderate items and work varying weather conditions. You must be flexible for weekends, holidays, and peak periods with a valid Category B driving license.
Required Qualifications
- Able to lift or move light-to-moderate items (10–15 kg)
- Comfortable performing physical tasks as needed
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods
- 2 - 4 years of experience in fast-paced operations, logistics, rental, hospitality, or customer-facing environments
- Strong hands-on operational capability
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and handle physical tasks during high-volume periods
- Flexibility to work extended shifts during peak seasons
- Driving License (Category B)
- English proficiency
