Job Summary
Consumers Credit Union (CCU) offers a paid 2-year apprenticeship combined with academic training towards an Associate of Applied Sciences in Business Administration at College of Lake County. Successful candidates will gain experience in customer service, teller operations, and account management, work 40 hours per week, and receive mentorship to advance their careers in financial services. Candidates must be high school graduates or career changers, possess customer service experience, demonstrate strong communication and computer skills, and maintain acceptance in the college program.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Age 18+ by July 1, 2026
- 1+ year of experience in retail, customer service, guest relations, sales, and cash handling
- Acceptance into CLC’s AAS program
- Ability to commit to a 40‐hour Monday–Friday schedule
