Job Summary
Branch Ambassador at Kawartha Financial Services, Rockhaven Branch. Responsibilities include contributing to member loyalty and delivering member service excellence; assisting members and non-members in person, electronically, or by telephone; directing members to an Advisor for needs-based financial guidance; supporting routine transactions; educating members about the new branch design and updated banking practices; and providing administrative support to lending and investment personnel.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Excellent customer service, organizational and sales skills
- Customer service or banking experience would be an asset
