Job Summary
Contribute to the Credit Union's success by creating member loyalty and providing service excellence. Assist members and non-members in person, electronically, or by telephone, while directing them to Advisors for needs-based advice. Support routine transactions and educate members about the new branch design and banking methods. Provide administrative support to lending and investment personnel. This part-time role requires 24-32 hours per week from Monday to Saturday. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED equivalent, along with strong customer service and sales skills.
