Branch Ambassador - Bracebridge

Contribute to the Credit Union's success by creating member loyalty and providing service excellence. Assist members and non-members in person, electronically, or by telephone while directing them to Advisors for needs-based advice. Support routine transactions and educate members about the new branch design and banking methods. Provide administrative support to lending and investment personnel. This part-time role requires 24-28 hours per week Monday through Saturday. Candidates must hold a High School Diploma or GED and possess excellent customer service, organizational, and sales skills, with banking experience being an asset.
