Job Summary
Branch Advisor responsible for delivering compliant financial advice and high-level customer service in a high-volume FNB POP branch. Focuses include building long-term client relationships, educating customers on appropriate banking platforms, maintaining accurate client records, achieving branch sales and service targets, and adhering to FAIS, FICA, and TCF requirements while upholding ethical standards and brand promise. Located at Carnival Mall in Brakpan, South Africa, with in-person service delivery consistent with branch operations.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
- Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS
- 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services
