Job Summary
As a Branch Advisor FAIS at FirstRand, provide compliant, professional financial advice and service within a high-volume branch environment. Build and manage long-term client relationships, educate customers on the correct banking channels, and connect with clients by delivering on the brand promise: how can we help you? Analyze client data to offer appropriate financial solutions in line with FAIS requirements and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles. Maintain accurate client records, achieve branch sales and service targets, and stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge. Demonstrate ethical conduct, accountability for performance and development, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to support a local market.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4
- Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS
- 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services
