Job Summary
Provide compliant professional financial advice in a high-volume branch environment, build and manage long-term client relationships, educate customers on the Banking platform, and ensure adherence to FAIS, FICA, and TCF principles while meeting sales, service, and compliance targets. Maintain accurate client records and documentation, stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge, and demonstrate empathy, integrity, and strong communication to support customer-centric banking solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4
- 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing environments
- Understanding of FAIS, TCF, and client-centric advice principles
