Job Summary
Provide administrative assistance to the branch through clerical tasks and support in various areas including Human Resources, production scheduling/shipping, inventory support, and basic accounting/bookkeeping. Responsibilities include answering phones, processing customer orders, generating production tags, coordinating with production teams, assisting with sales bids and project quotations, and maintaining confidential HR information. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and math skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle multiple tasks accurately.
