Job Summary
Provide administrative assistance to the Branch by performing clerical tasks including answering phones, processing customer orders, generating production tags, coordinating with the production team, and assisting with sales and estimating staff. Responsibilities include basic accounting support, maintaining database jobs, assisting with payroll hour reports, and communicating relevant Human Resources information. A high school diploma or GED is required with excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred qualifications include a two-year degree and relevant experience. Overtime hours may be required.

- Excellent written/verbal communication skills and math skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Able to coordinate multiple tasks and work under deadline pressure
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
Desired Qualifications
- Two-year degree from an accredited school or college
- One (1) year of experience as an office administrator or comparable industry experience
