Job Summary
Branch Administrator at Stannah in Warrington (Service Branch) responsible for providing full administrative support to the branch and service team. Activities include liaising with internal and external customers by telephone, email, and face-to-face; handling invoices and customer records; scheduling planned maintenance; maintaining health & safety compliance; and supporting across Finance, Risk, Operations, and Employee Development. Requires prior experience in a busy office/administrative role, strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent planning and organisational abilities, and effective communication with stakeholders. Familiarity with customer service environments and ability to work under pressure preferred.
